How can I get over nervous shaking?
I often shake when infront of people doing different things, mostly when I am nervous.

I do too. I was recently a godmother & had to stand at the front of the church with the parents & two other godparents. I was the only one shaking but had no reason to be nervous really cos all eyes would have been on my god son & his mum & dad. I hate to think what i would be like if I ever got married. I would be a nervous wreck.
So you are not alone. There are many people who get so nervous that they shake. I will be keeping a check on the answers to your question.

You may never get to the point where you enjoy being in front of people. Two things will allow you to overcome your problem.
1. know you subject matter very well
2. practice
you will learn that you know more about what you're talking about than anyone else there-which builds confidence. Be honest-if you don't know the answer to a question posed to you then just tell them you don't know. "See me after the lecture/presentation and I will discuss it with you. At that point learn EXACTLY what they want to know/get their information/and tell them you'll get the answer and email them, etc. You'll find as you get to know your information that these questions usually fall into two categories.
1. the person didn't make themselves clear(they didn't want to know what you thought they were asking
2. the question was not on the subject you were discussing
Nervousness is usually caused from a lack of confidence. know your subject matter and STAY ON TRACK. if it gets into areas you're not familiar with then HAUL IT BACK ON TRACK! you're running the show. They are there is hear what you're talking about. If it's in front of a classroom (giving a report) or in front of an small group/auditorium giving a lecture. it's all the same. it's your show-keep it on track-that's what you studied/that's what you know.
if you get in front of people without doing your preparation then you deserve to be nervous.

Try a hypnotherapist to help you a) to find out how to reduce anxiety and begin to relax more b) [possibly] the cause(s) of your shaking.
Look in Yellow Pages and phone several hypnotherapists; ask each to send their brochure so you know what their qualifications, insurance and experience are, as well as charges per session.
You could also try EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - try the EFT website (via Google).
You can do it - you have expressed the intention of getting over this and you have the right attitude to achieve success.

Go with the old standby...pretend they're in their underwear!
You might also join a group like Toastmasters, where you practice speaking to groups of people. Practice will make you more relaxed when you have to do it for real.
