Why is it when I am at work I'm tired and when I'm not there, I'm not tired?

State of mental and physical well being.

It could be the enivronment you work it. Is it boring, not lit adequate, poor ciruclation of air, too hot or cold, no natural light, bad company, not enthuasiastic to be there?

Could be your body as well.

Your emotional state always changes when you leave work becuase you already in a diffeent state of mind.

lol. LOL. LMAO...... OMG. i have the exact same feeling here. i am always tired at work, btw im at work now. but when i get home, i have this and that and this to do and i dont want to go to sleep but here, at work, im bored/tired. i guess its because were bored. maybe we can email each other while at work. lol. do something interesting and u wont be tired. like scream in the middle of the office. after all that staring, u wont be tired anymore but embarrassed.

Because when you're at work you're either bored of doing nothing or tired of working so hard doing what you're doing. And when you're not there, you don't have to do boring stuff or you can do it on your on schedule. And you can spend your time the way you like, doing things you like.
