Es beginnt mit: "enough to sink Stockholm, Manhattan, or London"
und endet mit: "Maybe I shouldn’t be explaining this."
(I know that it is hard to understand all the devices and keep the terms in mind.)
But what's more: Read the source's text! Read the article and make sure you understand it - day by day we can even watch facts and processes on TV, think of the melting ice in the Arctic region and the polar bears looking for a solid ground under their feet. The very centre of that text is for me - others might see it in another way- this part of the text: =>"Climate change will be primarily a threat to the poor in poor countries. Understanding this may make it hard to persuade the non-poor in the developed world to take the problem seriously."<=
=>To look for more information about the topic in order to increase your standard of information on climatic change- that is what people, especially y o u ( in the industrial countries as well!) should think of, so that YOU can act as adult citizens in the interests of your families you will found. Politics is too important to let decide politicians alone!
