Weiß jemand, was das äthiopische (amharische) Wort "Mezmur" bedeutet?
Bei youtube werden äthiopische Lieder mit diesem Wort bezeichnet. Ich war vor einem Jahr in Äthiopien, aber dieses Wort ist mir nicht begegnet.

Ich habe Google einfach mal gefragt "mezmur means" .....und Mezmur scheint die allgemeine Bezeichnung für ein kirchliches Lied, einen Gospel zu sein.
