Find the First World War as inexplicable today as I had done the first time I read a little on it. Now reading another book and it states that Germany declares war on Russia 1 August 1914. The book is good as it gives background to the assassination and telegrams including the build up. But the war declarations do not provide who did what. Wondering??

I seen this quoted and I think I may know what he (Lord Acton) means but the articles I researched so far do not explain it. Most times in the fiction novels I read the author quotes something and I have no idea what they are going on about but in this case I would like to know. Could some very kind person out there please enlighten me. Thanks in advance.

Is there someone out there who has worked for the companies involved and know what they paid. I personally feel cheated when I pay the full amount plus goodness knows what then realise that if the original company had been more accommodating they would get more money and I would have the opportunity to pay back to original company.

I mean between on line or go out to the shop. As for me I do hate go out on weekend because it's very busy and so many people.
