In your industry, how much time typically elapses between the decision to build a new plant and its first day of operation?

Lately I’ve been seeing the word rosé (as in rosé wine) written as rosè. Does this have a special meaning, or is it just an error that is becoming more common?

English and other Indo-European languages that I've studied so far allow a relative pronoun, referring back to something in the main clause, as the subject or an object in a relative clause. Is there any language, living or dead, that allows two or more relative pronouns, each referring to a different thing in the main clause, in a single relative clause?

Some of the questions I've seen in this section, like "What is a good song for the maid of honor to walk down the aisle to?", have me really curious as to what goes on in today's weddings that I might not be familiar with. Can anyone point out a YouTube video that illustrates some of these things? (I mean a film that just shows the ceremony and/or reception from start to finish without all the artsy touches.)
