I understand why some might carry flags reminding us all of our Revolutionary War and the founding fathers fight for freedom, but to call yourself an American Patriot and fly the flag of traitors to America, that I don’t understand.

Or just the ones for Democrats?

The Speaker of the House could not sit on Senate bills, The Senate Majority leader can’t sit on House Bills, perhaps a 60 day time limit. Any bill not rejected in 60 days passes automatically.

Under the Senate Rules, won’t Mitch McConnell still be the majority leader even if  Democrats win both seats in Georgia? 50 Republicans, 48 Democrats and 2 Independents. Or does the majority leader need 51 votes to keep the job and the VP can break the tie if the independents side with the Democrats as they USUALLY do?

I am not talking about the electoral college ( which I am still against) I am talking about a uniform election process. For example, the current system has different deadlines for absentee ballots.
