Acts 4:12
I love my Lord Jesus Christ with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. I love to evangelize the gospel, and to help lead others to the saving glory that comes through knowing Jesus Christ. I am an expert on evangelism and evangelistic methods. I train others in techniques for evangelism and the best possible way to reach others for Christ. Someone asked me what my name is and how I came up with Acts 4:12. My name is Daniel and Acts 4:12 gives a quick summation of salvation. I don't hide from people, you can e-mail me through here, or 360. It will never become the word of God until you make it the Word of God.
Forgiveness: Which is easier?
Is it easier to:
Ask God for forgiveness for our transgressions?
Ask someone else for forgiveness for our transgressions against them?
Ask yourself to forgive yourself for your own transgressions?
27 AntwortenReligion & Spiritualityvor 1 JahrzehntWhat do you think of this quote from Tullian Tchividjian?
I was listening to Family Life Today and they had Tullian (Billy Grahams grandson) and he said something that really got me to pondering the strength of his statement. It was in reference to his own life and correlating it with the prodigal son. He said, "we'll never, never understand Christ to be a great Savior if we do not first understand ourselves to be great sinners." http://www.familylife.com/site/apps/nlnet/content3...
When you read that quote, what do you think he is conveying and how can we reconcile that with our own beliefs about Jesus?
5 AntwortenReligion & Spiritualityvor 1 JahrzehntIs it possible other religions borrowed from the Hebrew people?
The Hebrew people were in Egypt. Egypt was a polytheistic nation. The Hebrew people left, Egypt became monotheistic. The Hebrew people were in Babylon. Babylon was a polytheistic nation. The Hebrew people returned to Israel. The Babylon area became monotheistic. Hebrew people were in Roman occupation. Rome was a polytheistic nation. Due to the influence of the Hebrew people, Rome became a monotheistic nation.
Is it possible that these religions borrowed from the Hebrews and not the Hebrews borrowed from them.
(Hebrew consists of the Jews, but instead of saying the Jews left Egypt, which would be incorrect, I used the Hebrew name for all, which is correct, for they were always Hebrew.)

When God's gift was placed upon a tree?
"The God of our fathers raised Jesus from the dead - whom you killed by hanging on a tree" (Acts 5:30)
"For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
7 AntwortenReligion & Spiritualityvor 1 JahrzehntWhat song do you think can also be a prayer to God?
I was on my way home and heard Chris Tomlins "Amazing Grace" followed by Bebo Normans "I Will Lift My Eyes" both songs put me in a prayerful mood and both sounded like a very effective prayer. What song when you hear it put's you in a prayerful mood and sounds like a wonderful prayer to God?
