So I have the cracked version of Minecraft, and I've been playing it for a pretty long time, since I haven't been able to buy the legitimate version. I plan on buying it really soon, but I'd like to know if I'll be able to load the cracked worlds I've been playing on in the legitimate version. If not, does anyone know if when I buy it, it'll replace and delete my old worlds? If it'd delete them, does anyone know how to prevent that? Sorry for all the questions, I just don't want to lose my progress completely (if I can't load them, then I'll just keep playing on cracked when not on a server). Thank you!

A couple days ago, I got into a verbal conflict with another student in a robotics program I participate in. He said something derogatory about my orientation that offended me, so I started yelling at him about it. After awhile, someone else pulled him out of the room so this didn't become an actual fight. None of that is the real problem. The real problem is that the other day, I was brought into the assistant principal's office. Not just due to the conflict either. Apparently, this person told his mother a, shall we say, "revised" edition of what happened. He told her that after the conflict, after he was out of the room, he heard me say something along the lines of, "I just really wanna stab him so badly." Now, I can't recall having said that, and neither can the 10+ witnesses. Unfortunately, his mother told the assistant principal, and he seems to be going on just this person's words, despite that I listed witnesses. So this supposed "death threat" could get me suspended, if they choose to take his side in order to avoid being sued for being "racist", if you know what I mean. I've thought about pressing charges because he lied in a testimony he signed specifically to get me suspended because he has a problem with who I am, making this a hate crime. The only thing stopping me is not knowing how to get the ball rolling on that. So I'm looking for...alternatives. Something to teach him that it's a bad idea to pick on me, because I will retaliate. But something that he couldn't prove was me...

If it helps, our robotics program participates in a yearly competition in another state, where we stay in hotels for a good couple of days. The possibilities there are pretty open...

Any help with this would be appreciated. I don't plan on doing anything illegal, or physically harmful...maybe just some good pranks to make his life hell. Thank you, I know you guys can help me out here :)

I'm a 15 year old girl in Virginia. I know I need to wait until I'm 16 before I can get emancipated. I know I need a means to support myself and I need to be living on my own. When I'm 16 (more likely 17) and I have a good enough job to support myself, I'll want to find a place to live and things of that nature. I've seen some answers on here saying that if someone gets emancipated, he/she CAN live with a roommate, and others that say he/she CAN'T. I have money set aside that was won in a legal case, it's nearly $30,000, but it is in a trust fund which I can't access until I'm 18. If I could access it, it would help with all of the expenses, but I'm not sure if anything could be worked out about it. Also, due to my mom's controlling nature, she wouldn't LET me move out. More than just not letting me move out, she creates other problems for me because she is controlling. For example, she refuses to take me to a clinic or anything to get evaluated for depression. I know I have depression problems, and they are seriously affecting my grades at this point. She doesn't let me out of the house other than for school, so there's not really a possibility of going by myself. She is sometimes abusive, though she stopped being physically abusive after I started to block her attempts at hitting me. However, I'm not sure that anything could be proven, other than that my grades have gone from being A's and B's all my life to D's and E's now. I understand what needs to happen, but I'm not too sure how to go about getting it all to work.

so my questions are:

Is it possible to be emancipated if I'm living away from my parents but with a roommate?

Is there any way to get money from the trust fund? (maybe something that says I can access it if no longer under the jurisdiction of my parents?)

What can be done if my mom won't let me move out, if I can prove there are legitimate reasons that it would be in my best interests? Could I just leave anyway?

Is there a way I could get free legal advice?

I know I'm not going to college any time soon, but my mom and I were just talking about it. She wants me to go to a college in Virginia, were I live right now, but I want to try for a college out of state. I don't think it's anything about a college here being better, especially because she's never been to college. I'm pretty sure she just wants me close. I'll probably be getting a scholarship, and I might have my own house. If I am supporting myself and 18, is there any way that she can control which college I go to?

I'm trying to help my sister with a project of hers, but we don't know what else to do. For her project, she has to fill a shoebox with items that represent the state of Virginia. It's due on the 31st, so if you can answer before then, that would be great. Thanks!
