If aliens ARE visiting the solar system and us - there is some evidence -: can we thus also give more creedence to ghosts, poltergeists..? ?

What evidence exactly have you discovered? Nobody else has ever found any.
Cryptids, such as bigfoot, fairies and space aliens, are purely a study for the psychological sciences, not the physical sciences such as astronomy. Physical sciences require physical evidence, of which there is none. However there is plenty of evidence that many people have beliefs in these cryptids. The question as to why is a valid one, and makes for fascinating study. Please refer your question to a psychology forum for further discussion.

It is wise to believe whatever the evidence shows. Don't make judgements or opinions beforehand. There is no scientific evidence for aliens or ghosts or esp or the paranormal. That doesn't mean they are not true. It just means we have no evidence for them yet.

Edit: Eyewitness accounts and radar traces aren’t truly evidence of ET intelligence... we don’t know what people saw, or what radar detected - the default is not aliens...
