If democrats think the filibuster is racist why did they use it over 300 times last year?

It's a grab for power and control, nothing more, nothing less. Eventually the sides will switch, then they will scream abut how unfair removing it is. Much like the nuke option they put in place, how unfair it was when it was used against them.

Democrats are the party of Slavery, so why not use the Filibuster more than Republicans. Yes Democrats are Racists and Hypocrites

Obama in 2018 said getting rid of the Filibuster would be a mistake and take the voice from the minority party. Now he says it is part of the Jim Crow era?

Shumer in 2017 said the Filibuster was an important way to give the minority party a voice. Now he says he needs it to change America?

Many Left wing politicians have made similar statements in the past only to now show their Hypocrisy.

They now have all the power and they do not want that to change.

Because the filibuster was used by conservatives to prevent civil rights legislation from being passed and by slavers to maintain slavery. It's as simple as that, there is no mystery besides 'why are you so stupid'.
