Why did Trump's lawyer think that the depositions for an impeachment trial should be held in his office in Philadelphia? ?
Is this just another clue that he is in way over his head?

If there are no witness depositions prior to the trial, it basically indicates the trial is a farce to begin with. The defense should call every single protester who was in D.C. who didn't riot to testify they didn't hear President Trump say anything but to peacefully demonstrate for Republican Congresscritters to vote against certifying the election results.
