Yes. He's raising cash for his personal legal fees after he gets the bum's rush from the WH. It's just another Trump Foundation scam, where he used donors' money for illegal expenditures. He hardly put any of his own cash up. And I have no doubt that some of the "election defense" money will find its way into Trump's own pockets.
