Yes.

Be honest, that was obvious by the obscene scamble to put ACB in before the election. It has been his plan for the last few months.

If SCOTUS does rule that votes can be discounted then that is the end for democracy in America and you should all hang your heads in shame for allowing it to happen.

Some of the issue has to do with a state law which says only ballots received by a certain time on a certain date will be counted, and then state officials or courts deciding they can change that without being in violation of the laws.

We also have mail-in ballots sent out based on inaccurate voter rolls which have a not insignificant number of people who moved or died.  Without verification of the legality of the ballot, we have a system designed for fraud.

That's another reason he packed the Supreme Court with his people.

They were intended to be partisan hacks. But even they won't overturn the will of the American people.
