Headphone Recommendations?
I’m looking to get a new pair of headphones. On ear, wireless and I have a budget of $200. I will not buy Beats out of principle. I’ve been looking around but I’m not really sure what to get so I’m looking for some recommendations.

I just got a pair of Sennheiser RS 175 RF wireless headphones from a famous online seller. It is not bluetooth but it has its own radio transmission base. It uses 2 standard rechargeable AAA cells. It is not on ear, but over the ears, as the cushion rests around the ear instead of on it. It cost me a few bucks less than $200 after taxes, but the price has since been raised so now it is a few bucks less than $200 before sales tax. It sounds great, with no static or background noise, and the music reproduction sounds accurate. I had a pair of on ear Sennheisers a few years back, but it kept slipping off when I bend down. Eventually it got dunked into a pool of water and the electronics was destroyed. That old pair was cheaper and I got it on sale for even less, so it did not sting as much. I also got a bit of use for them, but that pair had static noise when there was no music. This pair of over the ear phones is secure and is not going to slip off my head like the old pair. The cushion cover however seems to be made of very thin plastic and many users have complained that they had to replace the cushions already. Luckily there is a third party making replacement cushions for about half of what Sennheiser charges or about $17. It only came with a cable with 3.5mm male jacks on both ends and a digital optical cable, so you may need to buy some other cables and/or adapters to fit your application. Luckily I have some old adapters lying around so I can connect a pair of RCA cables to it right away without needing to wait for new cables and adapters. I got to use it the same day I received it.
