Since when does mighty and almighty mean the same thing ?

If that is true does that mean that the mighty men mentioned in 2Samuel were almighty too ?

What is interesting is the trinitarian striving to make the term mighty also mean almighty.

This is how desperate trinitarians are in their effort to 'prove' Jesus is God Almighty.

One of the main differences between the terms mighty and almighty is in the matter of death.

The Almighty cannot die. The Almighty is immortal and thus will not nor can not EVER die.

Whereas mighty is defined as: "having, characterized by, or showing superior power or strength:"

This is also how the term 'god' is defined.

"whatever can in any respect be likened unto God, or resemble him in any way

       God’s representative or viceregent

         of magistrates and judges"

What trinitarians fail to understand is the very fact Jesus died, means Jesus cannot be God Almighty.

As God's representative, as God's judge, as God's magistrate, Jesus can be called a mighty god, or as in proper English, Might God.

Why, because in English titles are capitalized, as in 'The President'. We know the President isn't God Almighty, but we still capitalize the title.

Is Jesus a false god?  No unless you worship him.

Jesus is the image of God, and God's word forbids worshiping images.

Paul even calls such ones 'fools' in Romans.

    They have always been different.

al·might·y /ôlˈmīdē/ adjective having complete power; omnipotent.

might·y /ˈmīdē/ adjective possessing great and impressive power or strength, especially on account of size.
