Why do the Russian trolls on YA want to see Americans violate social distancing and go out to infect each other with deadly conornavirus?

They hate us. Russia was never our friend, and still isn't. But I have noticed that such posts have slacked off lately. Could it be because the virus is now increasing in Russia?
