Why is Donald Trump So Popular?

There is always 1/3 of population that is permanently disgruntled about something and Trump plays on that negativity.

For the same reason that Joseph Staline still has his supporters in Russia to this day, and that there are admirer of mass murderers and so on.

You have heard of satanists, people who claim to worship the devil?Some people are so unwilling to admit their past mistakes that they perpetuate them to despise the opposition, for sheer pettiness.

We haven't had a real leader since Eisenhower. Trump may not be much of a politician, but at least he isn't 'they' chosen by the machine. 

Trump is a straight-up G and great role model in a western world devoid of masculine values. Rappers used to love him before the mass hysteria and psy-op of the last few years.

He's too liberal on immigration, though, and should have shut down the borders two months ago as Russia intelligently did with China.

He is truly hated more by the left than he is loved by the right. The right values individuality enough to rely on themselves more than on Trump. But the left heavily relies on hatred of Trump to fuel them. You can tell from the political leaders, whose main mission is "defeat Trump in November," and from the derangement syndrome sufferers on display here.

Their decisions are based on "alternative facts" as Kellyanne Conway reminded us.

Extreme racial prejudice.  Democrats and independents elected a black man president not once, but twice.   Then they tried to elect a WOMAN.  They are so mad over those 2 elections that they will follow the devil as long as that devil is a white man.  They accept him because he talks their language, the language of hate.

The group who still supports Trump is acting solely on blind loyalty to a brand and a symbol.  Team-based tribalism is the sort of anti-intellectual thinking that self-selects into the right wing, because it's the same root that leads to racism, misogyny, and even using religion as an excuse to hate.  Essentially, if you're a deluded moron, you end up on the far right & still support Trump in the face of all his public mistakes & misdeeds.

The Trump base is exceptionally stupid and massively evil.
