Does female co-worker want more ?

Ok this female co-worker I work with started the same time I did at the compony we both work for. On day while working together she asked me would I rub her feet, then asked to see a picture of my parents to see what they look. We hung out (not a date) to get something to eat a couple times but she didn't want anyone to know we hung out. We talk on the phone sometimes before work and days off, nothing crazy just how our work week went. I'm a lot older than her and she says she has a boyfriend. What do y'all think about this situation.
