What is the wrench or screw type the screws look like they have a plastic insert

    Looks like an Allen wrench. I don't see any plastic in pictures

    Go to Auto Zone to find out if they have a loaner tool for the fuel pump retainer ring.

    I you can't identify the tool when LOOKING at the screw/bolt, it is time to drag the car to someone that can do the job safely, and you ARE NOT that person.
