strong gravity thus far,has not been harnessed to a strength that bends space,,I E duplication or magnification of mass kks of times

magnets partially do this, precisely why, what the source of this force is,we do not yet understand,,beyond the fact that spinning magnets cause electron flow ,making our devices and household stuff light up & work,

Energy can also bend spacetime, not just mass. Einstein's previous work showed that mass and energy are equivalent.

Technically we already bend matter with the Earth.

Only gravity can bend space. In fact, gravity is the curvature of space. Gravity can only be created by matter or energy.

I read YEARS ago that rotating wheels with magnetic poles affixed to the rims demonstrated some space curvature along the edges, as evidenced by bent light along the edges.----It had something to do with "invisibility experiments".---Trying to bend light around objects so they could not be seen

I would sure like to know how

  • vor 2 Jahren

Yes, we do it all the time when we concentrate mass in a small volume.

Space is defined as 'void of any matter' nothing there to bend.

anytime you move anything with mass, you are bending space. merely shifting your position in your chair artificially alters the curvature of space.

@zardoz: by definition anything and everything humans do is artificial, even inadvertent modifications to space-time curvature.

No we have to do it naturally
