Phimosis (a tight, non-retractable foreskin) is a serious problem which inhibits both proper daily hygiene and sexual pleasure. His parents ought to have ensured that he could, and did, fully retract daily to wash ubder the foreskin.

A totally waste material called smegma is constsntly produced and retained under the foreskin until washed away with soap and water. Your ex's penis must have had a really rank smell to it! It is not surprising that you only had sex a couple of times. He would have got little pleasure from it and I'm sure yours was also severly compromised. You are better off without him if he wouldn't even talk about getting the phimosis cured.
