I appreciate his attempts to talk sense into people who never had any.

But he should have laid out the numbers regarding the effectiveness of the barrier we have.

Each sector where it's finished and border patrol has improved other techniques required to reduce crossings, they've dropped more than 90%.

And he should have dispelled the rumors involving total cost.

Which has remained well below $10M/mile for double-parallel structure.
