voice search with assurance wireless phone n817?

Question

please tell me how to;;;all of sudden my voice search is missing from screen,i was able to click on Voice search and speak and it search for me,now its missing,how do i solve this issue to get it back,not sure what happened,please step by step instructions cause i am new at this,thanks,will high five best answer..went here but cannot seem to find how to fix  the issue http://assurancewireless.virginmobileusa.com/userguides/assets/aw-ztequest.pdf

Usually you can bring up microphone if tap in Google Search bar on your homescreen. If doesn't come up, tap on Google App which will be the blue box with white G in middle of it or be a colorful G in white box. And when opens it will show the microphone at top of the Google App by the search bar
