Sorry for the incorrect category, and I don't know how to correct it.
The rubbish. There is always going to be rubbish to get rid of, either household or industrial, and if there is a council charge to get rid of it, there will always be someone unwilling to pay. This leads to the situation where the rubbish is illegally dumped in some secret location and the local council then has to arrange to have it collected and taken to a correct site for dispossal. This is expensive .
To eliminate this expense, wouldn't it be logical for the council to allow 'the dumpers' to take their rubbish directly to the correct disposal site making no charge, this would save the authority from having the expense of having to recollect it, and should prove to be quite a saving .
The argument that the authority is getting no money towards the cost of its disposal is not viable. They are not getting any if its dumped either AND have to pay for its removal anyway.
This way the cost to the authority is reduced. Your comments please.
