Mental illness or some other mental issue. Seriously. Compulsion to post the same thing repeatedly or an obsession with a topic, both of which are something a person should address with a therapist. It's not the behavior of an emotionally healthy individual.

Some people may be Bored and may not have anything else to Ask so they do a Repeat of the Same Question

Some of them are obviously mentally ill. In fact, when I see a certain question, or type of question, posted over and over again, it's usually pretty obvious that the poster has mental-health issues. He or she needs to be in professional psychiatric care.

My theory is that either they get a kick out of trolling, or are paid to post inflammatory questions by a foreign government.
