How long does it take for nhs letters to come?

the lady at the dermatology department said she would send a lettter home on my accutane clinic and next appointment but it been a week and nothing has arrived does anyone know whats going on??

The speed the NHS works at you can expect letter in 4-6 weeks telling you to phone them to make an appointment which may be in another 12 weeks.

The hope is you die or get better by yourself to reduce the number of patients.

Could be a couple of weeks (or longer, depending on the waiting list times)
