Nobody special. From your question, I was expecting to see Bobby Brown or or Jennifer Lopez or Paula Abdul or something. Paula Abdul, for example, was a backup dancer for Janet Jackson in a bunch of her videos. Jennifer Lopez was also backup a dancer in a bunch of videos and on the show In Living Color before she got famous. But no. Aretha Franklin makes a cameo in the video, but she's not a dancer. Those are just some backup dancers her record label hired--not at all famous.
