If i missed two days of birthcontrol pills and took two today right before i had sex how high are my chances of getting pregnant?

If you have been on birth control long enough, you should be just fine, because you have enough of the hormones from the pill to protect you from pregnancy. But if you have not been on the pill for a long time, then there is always that chance of becoming pregnant and doubling up on birth control pills before sex will not prevent an unwanted pregnancy.

Higher than normal. I don't have the percentage off hand, but if you are trying to avoid pregnancy, then it would be best to get the morning after pill, and use condoms.
