how do i get rid of these spots??

im 14 years old,

i had clear skin for 4 months and then this week,

i started seeing some hair grow on my cheeks, but then saw some spots on cheek and also saw some black spots and small spots on the temple of face. ive also got a lot of tiny spots with no head on my jawline.
