Did the CIA lie to us all ?

Yes. It lied about Islamic terrorists' role in the Benghazi attack, lied about its edits of the talking points associated with the attack (it removed references to terrorism and denied it), and lied about Russia interfering in the election. If there was evidence of such a breach, especially one that levels such serious accusations against an already volatile adversary, we or at least the Russians would have seen it by now. This hacking crap is nothing more than a partisan attempt to discredit Trump's electoral victory. Democrats, no matter whether they're in the CIA or CNN, simply refuse to accept the fact that they legitimately LOST to Trump.

It is hard to tell when the CIA is lying or incompetent, or just plain wrong. Sometimes we find out, and sometimes even the CIA does not know.

Didn't we tell you he had no authority to just jail Hillary Clinton? Isn't he backing down from that?

If you're talking about the Russian hacking - then there would be 16 other agencies that are lying. Or maybe it's just Donald Trump and his campaign people that are, and have always been, lying. I'll take the latter option as being closer to the truth.
