Is this a joke? The members of the electoral college are chosen by the party of the winning candidate. In the 240-year history of the electoral college, only 157 members of the college have voted against the voice of their state s people. Considering that there are over 500 college members for each election, that s a pretty rare circumstance. The likelihood of an anonymous video swaying the resolve of the college is so remote that it is laughable.

Since Clinton will probably win the popular vote, let's see if someone in Congress will finally push for the end to the electoral college.
