How can I reduce My Yorkie's Barking?

I know that Yorkie tend to bark a lot and are very Yappy but I've searched the internet and some sites say that it is possible to reduce the barking of Yorke but not how

Do any on of you have any Idea that how can I stop his barking or AT LEAST reduce it

    Invest in a citronella anti bark collar, it gives off the smell of lemon when they bark.

    Teach them to bark on command, so they are allowed one bark and are then rewarded for stopping.
