can someone tell me what I should use for this task? like should I use loops or boolean? Im not really sure. We cant use arrays because we haven't learned them yet. thanks

I have no idea what a manifest class is. I'm sure i could work through this and make it work but it's hard to answer this not knowing what you've "been taught".
Was there like some of the code provided to you by your instructor and you just need to utilize what they provided......Sorry, cant help with what you've provided.
You'll use loops........and boolean logic.... and while loops....and a bunch of other things all at the same time.
