Who should I be targeting my advertising to on facebook, to increase my CTR percentage and sales?

My product is a shirt with the phrase "I'd tap that bass." I am targeting people with the fishing interest, and 20 - 34 years old. What could I do different to make it a more effective ad?

Could I also target people with an interest in fishing and girls?

    Old blokes from 40-65 you need to be targeting.

    Plenty of old blokes are mad fishermen and once their kids are grown and pissed off they have spare money.
