So, how did I do?
Recital video came, I am the 3rd one on stage. I want to know how you think I did. Personally, I hit every move, on time and I feel great about it. It was a perfect performance, for me. The others in class did struggle in places but they have only been dancing for a year or two (if they danced before it would be 15-20 years ago) so please don t be harsh with them.
Yes I know the choreography is pretty simple but remember for some of these girls it was their first year so you can't make it too complex.

You should feel great. You were right on the music and it was obvious that you knew the choreography. Some of the others could have used more rehearsal time. Dancing in a group requires precision, and being hesitant can diminish the effect. I know you are capable of much more than this very simple choreography, so kudos to you for dancing it full out rather than just calling it in. Be proud of yourself-- you looked great!
