It's a fund to rebuild Iraq. They have raised billions for them. In various articles they discuss defeating daesh and bringing refugees to the west. Many of these refugees have openly stated nefarious plans. So they funnel money out of the west and men into the west. With us at minus population and stuck in the middle of two extremist camps who don't acknowledge the truth of what's being done to us, they are essentially funding our demise.
