My Neighbor Wants To Steal My Dog????!!!!!!?

After that things got easy for me and my dogs. Yesterday evening I was buying a book I was interested in from a book stall and put him on a leash I though I did't need to worry 'cause it was a small stall but it was more like a store with doors and their was a bit of crowd so I worried taking him inside so I leashed him outside I was not that afraid because I had done it many a times and no problem had came + he barks at any stranger who picks him up but the real problem was when I had a bad feeling I rushed out to check him and found that neighbor kid was picking him as I mentioned  in my earlier question he used to come play with him a lot so he does't barks at him, he only barks at totally strangers I never though this could happen. And yesterday again his mother coming and asking for the dog and all that. She asked me she will pay double the amount of the Yorkie but I denied. I said her that why can't it from a reputable breeder she the kid said he did't liked anyone of them and he only want's mine no matter what, my mother  said she should teach his child to not ask for everything. This kid will sure try to take my Yorkie from me.He looks psyched up and mentally retarded to me but still I cannot tell it to police since he has't done anything illegal till now even though he tried and planned + I don't have any proof and evidence against him.
PLEASE HELP!!!

The neighbour is trying to buy your dog, not steal it. If they stole it, it would be next door and you could get the police to get it back.
Make sure you have the dog micro chipped and the chip registered in your name.

Dont let the kid play with your dog any more, and dont leave him unattended. They need to buy their own dog.

You let the dog run loose, let the neighbor trespass, feed the dog, harasses the dog and have done  nothing. When its stolen it will be your fault. I doubt the poor thing is altered or even chipped so once its taken you will have no proof it was ever yours

Oh wait, its NOT your dog, You are a child therefore you can't even own it. The dog belongs to your mother who will likely sell the dog and there's nothing you can do since you are a child and can't own it

when your dog IS in the back yard YOU MUST be out there with him 100% of the time , NEVER EVER leave your dog tied up outside ANYWHERE , even for a few minutes, just DON'T do it .Is your dog MICRO CHIPPED if not get it done ASP . when you are NOT at home & your dogs ARE make sure EVERY window IS SECURLY CLOSED , that INCLUDES UPSTAIRS windows , ALWAYS double check your DOORS ARE LOCKED SECURELY .
