Do your questions ever decide which category they want be be under?
After you have asked a question and edit the category you want it to be under then go back and check in it you find that it had changed category's all by itself.

When you initially post a question Yahoo's algorithms put it in the category it thinks it should go in. You can move it to a specific one yourself. If you come back and find it in a different section that is because a Level 7 person has moved it to that section. You can always move it back, however.
