First of all, the taxpayer is absolutely not ok with that. Government assistance is there for people who find themselves in a situation beyond their control and need financial help, not for people who just fancy starting several different families for their namesake!

My advice is, get a job, if don't already have one. Work hard, save up some money, gain some life experience. If you meet someone down the line that you want to settle down and raise a family with then you have all the basics to start a family in the right way. In the meantime, wrap it up dude!
