How to i cast a screen from my android on pc to a chromecast?

I have 3 chromecasts in my house. I have installed Andy and Bluestacks android emulator on my pc. Keep in mind this pc is a very high performance (core i7 6700k and GTX 970) and has an extremely fast connection (300mbp). When i go into the emulator it all functions properly, but when i want to cast something to my chromecast the network is on "WiredSSID" and i cannot change it. This doesnt allow me to see any of the dozens of connected devices on my network like a normal ipad or android tablet would. Im not about to drop $300 on a tablet, so any suggestions on how to allow the emulator to see my Chromecast?
