Has the US government turned against the American people?

Get a grip! When the Roman government wrote the Bible they predicated lot of things

of the times (Ancient History) As humans we continue to evolve. When you know better you do better. All humans with a good "soul" should not be discriminated against.

We have a "do nothing Congress" led by the turtle racist, Mitch McConnell who wanted this President to be a "one term President" and ignore any of his agendas. McConnell said this right after Obama's inauguration, which made no sense, other than his disgust with the color of his skin. The Congress has done nothing about the recovery but the President keeps trying. Some of these guys would like nothing more than "asterisk"

You have it just the opposite. The government we get is a reflection of the people who vote for it. As the morals of the American people decline it will be reflected in the type of person we elect to office; e.g. Trump. If Trump isn't a sign of our moral deterioration I don't know what is.

When Americans vote people into office who have committed crimes; e.g. a past black major in Detroit, they get exactly what they deserve. When a person's morals no longer matter and they are voted into office what can the public expect? More of the same in one way or another; it will be reflected in the kinds of laws which are passed and we can expect more and more corrupt officials.

Ronald Reagan signed a Concordat with the Vatican's Holy See on January 10, 1984. Since then Washington D.C. has been under Roman Law.

Hitler signed the same type of Concordat. The Concordat of 1933 specified the church’s rights in the Third Reich.

If Americans read Bibles, there would be no America or Americans.

Scripture's full of additional examples of exactly why British colonists seizing power for themselves in 1776 was against God's Will.

Which begs the question of when Americans will finally repent of that original sin?

Thus far, they're all clueless that every government they've ever had has been against God and the clueless, hell-bound suckers known as Americans.

I don't give a damn about the Bible, and neither should our government.

Read it if you want. Follow it if you want- that is your prerogative. If you want to live by the guidelines set forth in a centuries-old religious text, you reserve that right. Our government, however, does not reserve the right to enforce such ideals on its people unless it is the expressed will of the vast majority.

The Bible tells the gospel of Jesus Christ. It says nothing about the United States.

Yes, the U. S. government is against its own people. It has been that way ever since 1776. The proof is how they fine us for not having health insurance, and then they claim that their fines means they brought us health insurance.

Have you ever read the US constitution? It specifically says the government is not allowed to enforce someone's religious principles on the rest of the country.

Your Bible mentions the American people??? Mine just mentions Roman and Middle Eastern governments and it says "Render to Caesar what is Caesar's".
