how to make a winrar exe install to a system user folder C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\?
I found the solution.
when you enter the install path one must enter it thisway
%appdata%\Foldernamehere\
i found it by looking up windows environmentable variables and it said %appdata% was for the roaming folder so i entered %appdata%\ in the run command and it worked.
so i entered that path as the install path in winrar and it worked.

the only thing i can think of is editing the rar exe to change the folder to the username manually everytime one wants to auto install it.
