Right now. That's where the news is. There is a battle in both parties on who will gain each corresponding nomination. After that's done, THEN you might start seeing some interviews with serious 3rd party contenders for the presidency.

Probably because the Green and Libertarian parties have no chance but they are interviewing the Socialist/Communist sanders.

They gave Ross Perot plenty of air time, when he had a chance of winning with the Reform Party.
