why do estate agents ask you your current address when you register?

    Security. I worked as an EA , and since Suzy Lamplugh disappeared on a viewing some years ago, they need to know who they are taking around to properties. Also you could be sussing the place out for robbery.

    Largely security. Realtors have gotten abducted & murdered on showings. Also if they do not have your full contact information they cannot properly do their job.
