what do you want most : money? Or happines?

It is possible to have money without happiness (think of all the rich and famous people who got fed up with life and committed suicide). And it is also possible to have happiness without money. The ultimate reason why people desire money is to have happiness in life. Therefore happiness occupies a higher level of desirability, compared to money. To have happiness means that one has skipped the need for money, and gone straight to the ultimate source of fulfillment and contentment.

The analogy is like someone who desires to have some milk on a daily basis. Imagine how happy the person would feel if someone gave that person a cow instead. Its because the cow would satisfy the need for milk and much more. In that regard, happiness is a lot more desirable than money.

I have money... I am depressed, I wish I had happiness...

Money is just money.... Work has consumed my life, I have pick up skills, I don't have time to hit the gym and get abs/perfect body... I miss out on so many events...

But I have money... I have a house... A nice car... Family taken care of... and I am only 24...

I am very unhappy, alone, depressed...

Chase happiness, pursue your dreams, because no amount of money can buy happiness...

Happiness

I have enough money. As for happiness, it would depend on what the source was. To have a good cook around would make me happy, but it is not something I really want. Having a hedonistic female around is something I want, but I am not sure it would make me happy. Ah well, the angst of the soul knows better what the mind cannot forfend.

Money does not buy happiness, but you cannot do without it.

I'd take the money. So I can donate it, and make myself and others happy.
