Windows 8 problem with Answers and Flickr?

Much of the last three days I am getting a mess on Yahoo Answers and Flickr. I get a lot of small text in the left column and much is overlapped by other text. Can't really use it at all. On Flickr, same thing, and photos are spread out and not showing the whole picture.

I have a Surface tablet that is about a year and a half old. All other web pages that I go to work normally. It's just Answers and Flickr, so far.
