What occurs when we have rights yet no responsibilities?

If you have the right to life then I have a responsibility not to kill you

If you have the right to liberty then I have a responsibility not to kidnap you

If I do not have those responsibilities then you do not have those rights

It's like asking what occurs when I both exist and don't exist. Such a scenario doesn't happen.

You can't have one without the other. For example, the right to property comes with the responsibility not to steal. The right to safety comes with the responsibility not to harm. Rights can only exist if people have a responsibility to respect them.

When we have rights and no responsibilities the society turns into a mess in which we will not be able to defend our rights.

A void in which evil can occur all too easily.

The liberals celebrate. The conservatives give up on trying to fix the world. Everyone becomes lazy. Happyness becomes nothing but an illusion. Nothing is appreciated if there's no work behind it.

You (in)tend to become outright right out, time and again!

Such persons do not care for ethics.

Anarchy and senselessness.

That never happens.
