Who beside God actually owns America just curious ? and who is and what is a Native American ?

God alone owns all the world.

Psa 50:12 And if I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

Historically among men though, the first settlers laid claim to the lands they settled in. It has caused many conflicts and wars and still does. Russia is trying to scoop up much of her surrounding countries.

The "native Americans" would have been the very first settlers there.

Ownership is a bundle of rights, not a single one. The ownership of America is a complex thing. A Native American is an aborigine. They were the people who took care of the land before it was our turn to take care of it.
