Not in the least bit. Himalayans are pointed Persians and look just like Persians but with pointed markings. This kitten's face is wrong, the ears are way too big and pointed, etc, etc. THIS is what a Seal Point Himalayan should look like. Note the FACE and how tiny and round the EARS are.
To find a Himalayan FIND A TICA, CFA OR ACFA REGISTERED BREEDER. Make sure the cattery is PKD free and expect to pay at least $600 for a pet quality kitten.
Where are you looking for kittens? Craigslist? Ebay Pets? Only backyard breeders with NO BREED kittens sell on there.

If it has no papers it is not. Definitely doesn't look like one. My sister owned 2 and they had flat faces like Persians or Exotics. Your kitten does not have that type of face at all. It's probably a common Domestic Longhair a.k.a not a breed at all.
